Agenda for the April 29, 2026 SPIL Committee meeting (11am-12pm, hybrid). Substantive items review ACL federal requirements for a SPIL amendment and discuss possible amendments: Resource Plan adjustments (SILC Executive Director hire, member conference travel, community activities, neighbor island meeting facilitation), a possible new Outreach Coordinator staff position, changes to Objective 1.4 (consumer referral paths to CILs, CIL resource reporting by county, quarterly ILR requirements), and changing the SPIL Committee/CIL joint meeting frequency from quarterly to annually. It also covers the required public comment process for the proposed amendments.
