Independent Living Network

A network across every island.

A partnership of organizations that help people with disabilities live the lives they choose — in their own homes and communities.

People of varied abilities standing on separate Hawaiian islands, connected to each other by curved lines across the water.

How the network works

The Network brings together the Centers for Independent Living (CILs), the Designated State Entity, and partners statewide. Together we deliver services, share what works, and carry out the State Plan.
