Aloha Independent Living Hawaii's quarterly CIL Provider Activity Report (April-June 2025) under DVR contract DHS-25-VR-0016, covering all islands except Honolulu. It served 75 consumers total (53 carried over, 22 new), with 68 active and 7 closed; the majority were age 60+ (42) and Hawaii Island residents (34%). Top requested/received services were transportation (23 requested, 12 received), housing (17/2), peer counseling, and recreation, with notable goal achievement in mobility/transportation (13 of 23 achieved).

The narrative companion to the Q3 CILR report. It features a consumer success story about a young man with a cognitive disability working to improve his social skills through conversation-question role-play games. The center benefited from the April 2025 PacRim Conference (connecting with HPU on Occupational Therapy capstone projects) and reported three system changes: HUD/Section 8 housing workshops and a Consumer-Led Housing Advocacy Work Group, SPIN Conference participation with school IEP outreach, and research into Oahu safe shelters to develop disability-accommodation training.
