Agenda for the April 8, 2026 SPIL Committee meeting (11am-12pm, hybrid). It reviews ACL federal requirements for a SPIL amendment and discusses possible amendments: Resource Plan adjustments (Executive Director hire, member conference travel, community activities, neighbor island facilitation), a possible new Youth Leadership Forum and Employment First Coordinator position, changes to Objective 1.4 indicators (CIL referral paths, resource reporting by county, quarterly ILR), and shifting the SPIL Committee/CIL joint meeting frequency from quarterly to annually, plus discussion of the public comment process.
